I remembered a YouTube video that I watched ages ago where foundation was mixed with moisturiser.. I tried it and it works! I wouldn't recommend this for someone who likes full coverage as it basically becomes a tinted moisturiser. The more moisturiser you mix in, the thinner the foundation gets therefore its up to you how much you use. An advantage of doing this is that my skin looks really healthy and the right amount of dewy, I am so glad that I discovered this.
Have you done this technique before?
I've never mixed it with moisturiser before but it's definitely something to consider for summer. I usually mix my slightly-too-dark moisturiser from summer with one that's slightly-too-light from winter and bobs your uncle! x

DeleteDefinitely with you on the pale skin thing, it can be so hard finding the right foundation, when mine got discontinued I was so stuck haha!

ReplyDeleteThis is such an useful tip! I used to mix my moisturiser with foundation to make a quick tinted moisturiser when i didn't feel like wearing too much coverage, but I definitely need to do this to some of my darker foundations since after I realised they were too dark, I've kind of just left them which is such a waste!
